24% or 10%? YouTube Tax Info, W-8BEN and Treaty Rates for Creators Outside the US
If you live outside the US and your channel was just monetized, AdSense for YouTube asks for your US tax info, usually on a W-8BEN form. With the form in place, Google withholds tax only from what you earn from viewers in the US, at 0% to 30% depending on your country. Without it, Google can withhold up to 24% of everything your channel earns, from every country.

Talent Agencies Are Bringing Their Rosters to MSN with AIR
In February 2026, Jake Rosen Entertainment brought one channel to MSN with us. Bus Life 4 Me, a family-lifestyle channel with 63,000 subscribers, already had a full library on YouTube.
