See You There?

Every creator has heard of VidCon. And if you haven’t been yet, here’s your chance to change that. What started as a single meet-up has grown into a global phenomenon, uniting creators, brands, and industry experts under one roof. So, when’s the next VidCon? It’s already on the horizon!

When & Where Is VidCon 2025

Last year in April, it was already announced that VidCon 2024 would be held in Anaheim, Baltimore, and Mexico. But as of April 2025, only one event was officially confirmed for this year:

Anaheim, California – June 19–21, 2025.

The event will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W Katella Ave, Anaheim, CA 92802.

And that’s great! But what about other locations? Here is the info from VidCon Anaheim Help Center:

2025 VidCon’s locations and dates official information.

So, what does this mean? Looking at past years, there will probably be more VidCon events happening in 2025. We are closely monitoring all official announcements, and if new VidCon 2025 dates in other cities are announced, we will update you guys!

In the past several years, VidCon events have also been held in:

  • Mexico City, Mexico
  • Baltimore, Maryland
  • São Paulo, Brazil
  • Abu Dhabi, UAE

But in 2025, Anaheim is the main stage. This is the place where the spotlights will be directed. This is where the biggest creators, top platforms, and brands show up. It’s where you’re most likely to bump into someone you’ve been watching for years or someone who might help you boost your channel.

And that’s what we’re here to talk about: VidCon Anaheim 2025. Who’s going? What’s happening? And why should you care?

Who Is Going to VidCon 2025 Anaheim?

The creator list is already heating up. VidCon is rolling out announcements every week, but here are some of the names confirmed so far — people you probably already follow, or at least recognize from your feed:

Peet Montzingo

Peet is one of those rare creators who can make you laugh, cry, and deeply reflect all in one scroll. He is a redhead, he is a musician, he is the moment. And his mom? She is definitely the star.

Annag

Annag’s content is funny and super relatable. She’s got that rare ability to connect with viewers like they’ve been friends for years. Whether she’s roasting trends or just telling it like it is, her authenticity is what keeps people coming back.

Astro Alexandra

Astro Alexandra is making space cool again. Her content is all about astronomy, breaking down black holes, galaxies, and the latest cosmic discoveries in a way that’s mega digestible (and fun). If you want to see how educational content can go viral, she’s one to watch.

KREW

This iconic YouTube gaming group is redefining what it means to be a content family. They have five channels: ItsFunneh (Kat La), PaintingRainbows (Betty La), GoldenGlare (Kimberly La), Lunar Eclipse (Wenny La), and DraconiteDragon (Allen La). Also, they have a shared channel KREW for family vlogs.

Socksfor1

This guy turns chaos into content. And it works. Socksfor1’s sci-fi and Minecraft videos are pure creativity on steroids, backed by a loyal, highly engaged fanbase. He’s a great example of what happens when you blend gaming with a distinct creator identity.

Adam Rose

You’ve definitely seen Adam’s reactions on your FYP. His face and that blue cardigan are basically his calling cards. In every video, Adam reacts to some wild stuff people are doing. It’s always funny, and that’s what’s helped him crush it on TikTok, YouTube & beyond.

CheapPickle

CheapPickle’s content feels like hanging out with your funniest friend who’s always up to something crazy. But behind this madness is a strategy, audience awareness, and a solid understanding of what makes content click.

Jenny Hoyos

Ladies and gentlemen, please rise for Her Majesty, The Queen of Shorts. Jenny is a natural when it comes to engaging storytelling and hooking the viewers. She definitely knows some secrets, and maybe she will share them with you at the next VidCon 2025. Who knows...

The Queen of Shorts, Jenny Hoyos.

jmancurly

VR might still feel “niche” to some — but not to jmancurly’s millions of subscribers. He’s a leading voice in the VR creator space, especially with games like Gorilla Tag. His content is fun, community-driven, and makes emerging tech feel exciting.

KreekCraft

Kreek knows everything about the Roblox hype. His ability to keep fans engaged live is something phenomenal. Whether you’re into gaming or just want to improve audience retention in real time, Kreek’s someone to learn from.

And those were just 10 random names out of the official list of 138 featured creators! Moreover, the list keeps growing. We’ll probably see another 50+ names added before June, including some surprise drop-ins and crossover guests. So, even if your favorite creator isn’t announced yet, don’t count them out!

Meet the AIR Media-Tech Team at VidCon 2025

Come say hi to us at the next VidCon 2025!

We’ll be there, too! And we’re not just attending — we’re speaking, mentoring, and doing what we do best: helping creators grow smarter and faster.

If you’re serious about turning your content into a career, come talk to us. You’ll meet specialists who’ve helped thousands of YouTube channels scale to six, seven, and even eight-figure audiences. We’ll be holding sessions focused on:

  • Localization and translation strategies to grow internationally.
  • Monetization beyond AdSense.
  • 24/7 Live Streaming. Have you heard about Gyre?

We’ve seen channels stuck at 100K for years, creators losing momentum after viral success, burnout, CPM drops, niche saturation, and much more. We know the patterns. And we know how to break them.

Our AIR team will be holding sessions on the creator economy.

Why You Want to Be There

This event isn’t just about fan moments or selfies with creators you admire (though there’s plenty of that, too). 2025 VidCon is where your next big break might start.

YouTube growth is no longer just about uploading consistently and optimizing your thumbnails. That’s the baseline. To go further, faster, you need a network. You need the right collabs, the right tools, and the kind of strategic thinking that doesn’t come from YouTube tutorials — it comes from talking to people who’ve done it.

At VidCon, that means:

  • Creators you can connect with to do real collaborations that lead to audience exchange.
  • Brands and agencies that are actively scouting talent. If you’re already monetizing, this is a huge opportunity to lock in your next sponsor or long-term partnership.
  • Workshops and mentorships that will tell you exactly how it is. Learn how creators fixed what was broken, scaled what was working, and turned their channels into real businesses.

That’s what Anaheim offers: access. And when you show up prepared (with your channel looking sharp, your story dialed in, and a few smart questions), you make that access worth it.

Real Growth Starts with Real Conversations

So, if you’re still unsure whether VidCon is worth it, think of it like this. Most growth happens offline before it ever shows up online. Every successful creator you look up to has had key moments where one conversation, one collaboration, or one new direction changed everything.

VidCon is where those conversations happen.

Sure, you’ll leave with a few selfies and a suitcase full of merch. But more importantly, you’ll leave with momentum. You’ll have names in your DMs you didn’t have before. You’ll have strategies in your head you wouldn’t have learned alone. And you’ll have that shot of motivation that comes from being around thousands of people chasing the same thing you are.

See You There?

So, here’s the plan:

  1. Lock in your ticket.
  2. Update your socials.
  3. Start reaching out to creators who might be going.
  4. And don’t forget to swing by the AIR Media-Tech activities!

We’re bringing the good stuff. And we’re there to help you take the next step — whether you’re aiming for your first 10K or scaling past a million. Let’s meet in Anaheim.
