Purpose of the position:
Assist the sales team in lead qualification and sales of individual company products.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of experience in SDR/sales roles.
  • Experience working with ClickUp or similar tools.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (such as HubSpot and similar).
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Understanding of cold outreach fundamentals.
  • Ability to handle large amounts of information and routine tasks.
  • English language level from B2 and higher.

Responsibilities:

  • Initial communication with company leads.
  • Maintaining and updating all lead data in the CRM system.
  • Generating reports on leads and the work process.
  • Pre-moderation and pre-qualification of leads.
  • Timely transfer of "warm" leads to sales closers.
  • Re-processing/upselling of leads returned for further processing.
  • Individual product sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of how YouTube works, the digital industry, and trends.
  • Experience with Saas/IT/Media products.
