  • Set up, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
  • Participate in developing and implementing performance strategies for digital campaigns, and form sales funnels.
  • Plan and post in media channels for PPC promotion of AIR brands/services (including international markets).
  • Conduct hypothesis testing (A/B testing) to improve the performance of advertising campaigns.
  • Give recommendations on creatives based on studying the target audience and its interaction with the advertising platform.
  • Analyze, and look for new channels to attract targeted traffic (Prepare technical specifications for setting up web analytics).
  • Be able to configure Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager

Why should we choose you?

  • Do you have at least 5 years of experience as a PPC Manager.
  • Experience launching multilingual PPC campaigns (US, Canada, LATAM, etc). 
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, App, pMAX), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads.
  • Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Meta/TikTok/Twitter Pixel.
  • Solid understanding of traffic attribution models.
  • Solid understanding of key unit economics and media buying metrics (CPA, CAC, LTV, Churn, CTR, CR, CPV, IS)
  • Experience with large projects and budgets.

Will be a plus:

  • English - upper intermediate.
  • Have experience with Google Analytics and GTM.
  • Expert in Excel and Data Studio.
