Requirements:

Project Management: Strong ability to handle multiple clients and projects.

Multitasking: Ability to organize work with a large number of tasks.

Working with CRM Systems and Task Managers: Organizing daily work, tracking tasks, progress, and time.

Document Management: Organizing the process of drafting contracts, appendices, and invoices.

Financial Management: Preparing commercial proposals and offers.

Reporting: Ensuring work transparency and generating reports on completed tasks.

Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present completed work.

Sales Skills: Ability to upsell services and cross-sell.

Service Orientation: Delivering a high standard of customer service and loyalty.

Communication: Strong and confident communicator and negotiator, including in English.
Additional Requirements (Preferred):

Passion for TikTok / YouTube / Instagram / podcasts

Experience working with bloggers or in influencer marketing
Responsibilities:
1. Client Portfolio Management:
1.1. Take full responsibility for working with existing blogger clients.
1.2. Support and solving difficult customer issues.
2. Client Development:
2.1. Upselling, cross-selling, and maintaining affiliate relationships.
2.2. Developing presentations for partners about the company's new services.
3. Workflow Organization in Digital Systems:
3.1. Working with CRM (HubSpot), task management systems (ClickUp), and reporting.
