Purpose of the position: 

Collaboration with the sales and marketing team in setting up the CRM system and customizing operational processes. Helping teams set up reports and learn new rules for working with new tools. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Administration and optimization of the CRM system to provide effective internal processes across departments.
  • Support and integrate HubSpot CRM with other tools and platforms (e.g., Reply, eSputnik, DWH), ensuring data synchronization and process automation for the Sales and marketing department.
  • Analyzing the performance of CRM processes for improvements.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for CRM users.
  • Clean and import databases for processing by SDR, Scouts, and Network teams.
  • Interact with the Head of CRM to develop a plan for the development of the company's internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
  • Analytic and structural thinking.
  • Skill in communicating with large teams.
  • Ability to work with routine and monotonous tasks. 
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information. 
  • Skills in creating and working with reports. 

Preferred skills or experience:

  • Intermediate level of English or high.
  • Experience in support/sales/marketing teams.
