Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the creation of community and social media development strategies.
  • Maintain and moderate communities on social networks and forms.
  • Timely response to comments.
  • Participation in crowd marketing tasks.
  • Promote the involvement of new audiences in groups and communities.
  • Analyze audience engagement and work with analytics services.
  • Collaborate with other marketers to achieve KPIs.
  • Work with reporting and results of the marketing strategy.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 year of experience as a community manager / SMM manager.
  • Understanding of the principles of social networks and communities.
  • Skills in launching and developing communities from scratch.
  • Ability to work with negativity and feedback.
  • Understanding of writing strategies for social media.
  • High-level writing skills.
  • English at B2+ level and above.
  • Skills in working with analytics services.
  • Experience using industrial tools for planning and automating work.
  • Skills working with modern apps and AI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of how YouTube works, the digital industry, and trends.
  • Experience with Saas/IT/Media products.
  • Experience in crowd marketing.
  • Experience with USA and Latin America markets.
