Purpose of the position: To strengthen the HR team, specifically the recruiting department, due to the intense workload in the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully closing complex roles.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, fast-paced, and able to work independently.
Hard Skills:
- Strong task planning and process management skills, with attention to deadlines and quality
- Expertise in recruiting for IT, Marketing, and Sales roles
- Experience working with data and deriving business-relevant insights
- Proficiency in modern interview techniques and competency-based evaluation
- Good knowledge of the IT job market and modern HR tools
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Diplomacy and professionalism
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Proactiveness and results-driven mindset
- High level of self-organization and independence

Would be a plus:
- Confident English skills — comfortable conducting interviews and handling written communication.
- Experience in IT/digital, media, or international companies
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (primarily for IT, Sales, Marketing, and FinTech roles), ensuring vacancies are filled within 30 calendar days
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and team leads to define candidate profiles, share feedback, and improve hiring processes
- Identify sourcing channels and implement hiring plans, exploring new and creative ways to reach top talent
- Coordinate internal and external job postings across relevant platforms
- Maintain a consistent corporate tone of voice in job descriptions and candidate communication
- Conduct sourcing, screening interviews, and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers
- Collect references (minimum 2) from previous employers in accordance with company procedures
- Prepare documentation required for onboarding new hires
- Continuously optimize processes to improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and support recruitment analytics
- Actively contribute to developing both the internal and external HR brand of the company
- Participate in other HR projects and initiatives
