Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of designers.
- Manage a team of 9 people.
- Collaborate with other teams (IT, product, marketing) and managers inside the company.
- Being a mediator between the internal stakeholder and the design team.
- Monitor the fulfillment of deadlines and tasks.
- Evenly distribute the load on the team together with the team leader.
- Formulate inquiries from stakeholders from other departments into clear tasks for the design team.
- Control operational processes within the team.
