Key Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with creators and influencers across YouTube and other platforms, focusing on long-term brand impact rather than CPA deals.
- Execute strategic influencer campaigns aligned with the marketing goals of AIR and its core products (e.g., Gyre, Membership, Translation Lab, pin.top, MilX, AI tools, and other products).
- Propose creative formats for integrations, UGC, product reviews, and content partnerships that support creator acquisition, trust, and ecosystem growth.
- Act as the main point of contact for influencer collaborations — from first outreach and negotiations to coordination and post-launch follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with Product CMOs to align campaign goals, verify influencer fit, and evaluate post-campaign results.
- Partner with the Affiliate Partnership Manager to leverage warm leads and potential collaborators who may not fit the performance model but are valuable for brand positioning.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams to handle contracting and execution (via templates or pin.top when applicable).
- Build and maintain an active database of creators for potential collaborations across categories.
- Support and report on influencer campaign performance, extracting insights and learnings to improve future efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (YouTube producer, Affiliate Manager, SMM, content, analytics) to ensure consistency and maximize brand exposure across channels.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand collaborations within the Creator Economy.
- Proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns that delivered brand impact and tangible results.
- Strong understanding of how to identify high-potential creators and pitch win-win collaborations.
- Comfortable managing influencer pipelines, CRM tools, and coordinating complex communication workflows.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with creators and internal stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English — both written and spoken — for working with international partners.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the YouTube creator space, monetization models, and creator tools.
- Experience collaborating with SMM, video production, or product marketing teams.
- Understanding of the North American creator market.
- Background in UGC or product-focused influencer collaborations.
