Key Responsibilities

  • Drive awareness, demand, and qualified leads for three key product directions:
    • Gyre Streaming Management (YouTube streaming automation)
    • MSN Distribution (content distribution to premium networks)
    • Oxys (AI-powered creator tools)
  • Launch and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels:
    • Webinars and educational events
    • PR and product content (blogs, YouTube, cases, integrations)
    • Paid ads (YouTube, Google, Meta)
    • Email marketing and outreach
    • Influencer collaborations
    • Crowd and SEO
  • Plan and prioritize initiatives that drive SQLs and conversions — balancing quick wins with long-term growth and profitability
  • Initiate and lead the content and message development process across platforms — in collaboration with in-house teams (SMM, content, paid, email, influencer)
  • Ensure alignment with the product’s positioning and creator pain points, helping shape narratives that generate trust and action
  • Track funnel performance and campaign ROI in close collaboration with marketing analysts and product owners
  • Share findings and recommendations to improve funnel efficiency and cross-sell opportunities across AIR’s ecosystem

Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing complex digital products, SaaS, or B2B services
  • Proven experience driving demand and qualified leads for multi-step products or platforms — ideally with both form-based and self-service funnels
  • Strong understanding of onboarding flows, paid acquisition, content-driven lead generation, and full-funnel strategy
  • Solid communication and project management skills — from planning to execution and performance review
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English — fluent writing and confident speaking
  • Experience in cross-functional environments working with growth, sales, and product teams

Nice to Have

  • Background in marketing to YouTube creators, influencers, or media publishers
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools or products in the Creator Economy
  • Previous experience with token-based payment models or freemium SaaS monetization

Performance & KPI

  • Meeting or exceeding the sales targets for the assigned products
  • Delivering a high volume of qualified SQLs for sales-led products (e.g., Gyre Streaming Management, MSN Distribution)
  • Driving direct purchases and conversions for self-service products (e.g., Oxys AI Tools)
  • Improving cost-efficiency and conversion rates across the funnel
  • Contributing to long-term unit economics and sustainable growth
  • Plans and historical data are already available. Monthly tactical shifts are possible, but annual revenue goals are fixed

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Reports directly to the Product Unit Lead for Gyre Streaming Management, MSN Distribution, and Oxys
  • Collaborates closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing, who oversees brand strategy and revenue channels
  • Actively works with Product Owners, sales teams, and all relevant marketing specialists (SMM, performance, content, influencer, crowd)
  • May collaborate with other Brand Managers or Product CMOs where joint initiatives can deliver value across multiple product verticals
